Frequently asked questions

What does an export cost?

One credit costs $4.99 USD and covers up to 5,000 video records. An export of 5,001–10,000 records costs two credits. Both CSV and Excel files are included. No subscription.

What if I need more than 10,000 videos?

If you need to export more than 10,000 videos from a channel, contact support for a custom order.

Can I use credits later?

Yes. Unused credits expire 90 days after purchase. Your oldest credits are used first.

What if I close the browser?

Processing pauses. Return in the same browser or recover access by email to resume. Unfinished exports expire after 24 hours and release their reserved credits.

How do I recover my credits if my email link has expired?

Click “Recover credits and downloads” at the bottom of this page and enter your checkout email to request a fresh link. Links expire after 30 minutes; your credits remain available until their own expiry date. Recovering access signs out other devices and invalidates older recovery links.

How long can I download my files?

Downloads are available for 7 days after your export finishes. Save your files before then.

What if my export fails?

Reserved credits are released automatically. Contact support to request a refund for a failed export. Other purchases are non-refundable.

Why does my spreadsheet contain fewer videos than expected?

Channel counts are estimates. Private, deleted, and unavailable videos are skipped, and exports scan only up to your selected limit.
